GETTING YOUR INFORMATION
When you are new to our clinic, we ask that you fill out a sheet with some basics about you and your loved ones. While this only takes a few minutes, we wanted to offer that our clients could fill this form out prior to their visit to save them some time! LEASH AND CARRIER
In preparation for your visits, please ensure that you have a leash or carrier to bring your loved ones in! Our office is located on a busy street and we want to ensure that everyone stays as safe as possible when arriving for their visit.
WALK-INS
While we know that everyone doesn't always have a set schedule, walk-ins are very tough for our clinic! The difficulty is due to our doctor being an emergency and farm vet, so we can't guarantee that she will be in the office when you try to visit us! Please give us a call to schedule and we will work around your busy schedule!
